Guests accompanying members are asked to print, sign, and bring the waiver form linked below. It's also a good idea to list your emergency contact and their phone number. The member or ride leader can snap a photo of the contact info, to ensure it's available for the ride.
We also request that any guests carry their emergency contact info on them.
